Update. After calling they apologize and issue a credit. Thank you for professional reply and will continue with this local favorite. Usually consistent, not this time. JAW injury can only have soft food. Paid extra for shrimp and scallops Phad Thai. Only got five shrimp and chicken. No scallops. And can't chew the chicken. Picked up twenty minutes before closing and can't call now. Also, Phad Thai should include bean sprout, onion and lime. This has no bean sprouts no onions and lemon. This dish should be fresh, bright and pop with different flavors including the peanuts. This is good flavor but not for $15.....

Probably my favorite Chinese restaurant I’ve discovered in Columbus area. If you’re able to make it to the Sunday lunch buffet, it’s the perfect time to try a little bit of everything to see what you’ll like. You’ll probably like everything because all their dishes are amazing. Each Sunday they switch some of the dishes, but keep the fan favorites. I believe it was $13.95 for the buffet not including a drink.

First and last time trying this place. Dumpling wraps were as thick as pancakes. Ordered War Sue Gui and asked for the sauce it comes with and a spicy brown sauce/gravy on the side. I got 2 regular sauces both of which had no flavor and tasted horrible. No spicy brown gravy. My wife ordered the happy family, and the sauce was watery and had little flavor. She also got calamari, which was very small and not good. The chicken corn soup was ok, but not near the flavor I’ve had elsewhere. $70 down the drain as far as I am concerned. Very disappointed.

I'm from Cincinnati and can't wait to get back home. This place was terrible, nothing in my food had flavor to include the shrimp in my fried rice. Not sure who eats there and gives it a 5 star review. This is one of the worst experiences I've had at a Chinese restaurant. I don't recommend this place at all.....ever.

One of the best Chinese food in Columbus. I don't understand some of the bad reviews . I usually order take out. Always consistently good. Never had a bad meal from Lucky House!!!

The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were smiling. The service was always with a smile and our waiter was very efficient. Now for the food... WOW it was delicious, abundant and hot (temperature). The buffet was restocked routinely. Great experience and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Yummy!
